VinceVince Colosimo is an Australian stage and screen actor of Italian descent. He has worked in both Australia and the United States.Colosimo is not married. He and actor Jane Hall have a daughter, Lucia, born in 2002. Colosimo and Hall worked together on A Country Practice in 1994. He lives in Westgarth, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria. Colosimo is the cousin of Simon Colosimo, captain of Perth Glory FC, a team competing in Australia's A-League.Making his film debut in the coming-of-age story Moving Out (1983), it is probably Colosimo's performance in the comedy The Wog Boy (2000) that gained him attention.

His performance as Dr. Rex Mariani in The Secret Life of Us in 2002 resulted in further exposure. Other credits to his name include the cult movie Chopper (2000), in which he played Melbourne drug dealer Neville Bartos opposite Eric Bana, Lantana (2001), Walking on Water (2002), Take Away (2004) and Opal Dream (2006), and TV series After the Deluge (2003), Blue Heelers (2005), MDA (2005) and City Homicide. His American credits include popular shows such as The Practice and Without a Trace.
