Sherlyn Chopra did her schooling from St Ann's Girls High School, Hyderabad. She has two siblings - a brother and a sister. As a child she was studious but by the time she reached her second year of junior college she was tired of studying. Wanting a little more excitement in life she entered a beauty pageant and won. She subsequently came to Mumbai and earned herself the title of 'most downloadable assets’ on the internet.
Sherlyn Chopra started her career with the film Time Pass and although the movie did not do well she was recognized because of dare-to-bare attitude. She recently launched her debut music album, Outrageous- End of the Beginning. The music video was directed by ad film-maker Prahlad Kakkar. Sherlyn is half Christian, half Muslim and has a Punjabi surname. She is a voracious reader and also watches a lot of television. however she is not a party or Page 3 person and normalty prefers to stay indoors when she is not working or shooting. She is very Internet savvy and has her own blog, which she updates regularly.
