    • The actor/film-maker is also a SWAT police sergeant in charge of the React Team.
    • He has also written Fifty Niners (stage play), Michigan Autumn (screenplay) and is currently writing Max of Livermore (the story of heavyweight champion Max Baer).
    • In adddition to The Ugly One, Patrick wrote and produced Captain Beefalo a play for the stage.
    • While being involved in drama at UConn, Patrick didn't actively pursue a career in the arts until 1997 when he began studying acting, writing and directing at Jeff Daniels' Purple Rose Theatre in Chelsea, Michigan.
    • Having been a college football player (University of Connecticut) and a SWAT officer for his police department, Patick performed all of his stunts (coordinated by Eric Bryson - nominated World Stunt Awards for Shanghai Noon) which included fighting, dropping 20 feet and being set on fire.
    • In addition to his work behind the camera, Patrick portrayed the lead in The Ugly One.
    • Patrick also wrote and directed The Ugly One (2003) which features Wes Studi (Last of the Mohicans, Geronimo-The Legend, Heat, etc.).
    • Patrick Moug's documentary Bold As A Lion is about the unsolved homicide of Jennifer Morgan.
