  • Dresta is a registered sex offender convicted of "Lewd or lascivious act with child 14 or 15 years old" and "Sexual penetration with a foreign object". It is unclear when those crimes and convictions occurred.
  • In January 1994, Dresta survived multiple shotgun wounds during a gang confrontation between P Jay Crips members and rival gang members in Imperial Courts housing projects.
  • While serving his ten-year sentence, he started writing lyrics and rapping seriously, staying in close contact with B.G. Knocc Out.

Andre Wicker, popularly known as Gangsta Dresta or Dresta, is an African American rapper. He collaborated with  Eazy-E on the hit single "Real Muthaphuckkin G's" featured on Eazy-E's 1993 EP It's On (Dr. Dre) 187um Killa. Dresta started out with Toenail Records with brother B.G. Knocc Out. Both then switched loyalties to Ruthless Records along with Eazy-E. Their single "Real Muthaphuckkin G's" with Eazy-E topped charts, with the trio dissing Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, after Dre and Snoop poked fun at Eazy on 1992s The Chronic.
