    dazDaz Dillinger is an American rapper and hip hop producer known for his association with the rap group Tha Dogg Pound, with Kurupt. Daz, signed with Death Row and released his first album Dogg Food with Kurupt as Tha Dogg Pound which went double platinum. After Dr. Dre’s exit from the label, Daz became Death Row's producer and was actively involved in producing Snoop Dogg's second album Tha Doggfather. In 1998 he released his first solo album, Retaliation, Revenge & Get Back, under the name of Daz Dillinger. The album went gold but sales were disappointing.

    In 1999, Daz left Death Row Records and started his own D.P.G. Recordz and Gangsta Advisory Records. In 2000, Daz released his first independent solo record, R.A.W.. The album contained guest appearances by Tray Deee, Kurupt, Soopafly, Lil' C-Style, Slip Capone, Mac Shawn, Tha Mactress, LaToiya Williams and Mark Morrison.In 2005, with Tha Dogg Pound Daz released "Dillinger & Gotti II: Tha Saga Continuez". His new album Only on the Left Side is slated for a 2008 release.
