    Quotes

    Chad Allen
    • “In BP, even with one eye, he could still hit. He was an amazing man....I never saw him down.”
    • “We're definitely going to miss Cody Stilts with his shooting. Cody was basically our best shooter all year. ... Justin Townsend really came on here at the end of the year and played real well for us. He definitely asserted himself and made a great player for us.”
    • “Every time we'd make a run, they'd answer right back. It just seemed like we couldn't keep on making that run. We definitely played defense real well, but they'd just get a lot of lucky breaks.”
    • “Our guys kept their composure. They battled back in there and made a game out of it. I'm definitely proud of that. They definitely played well.”
    • “I'm just there as motivation for him. They brought in an old guy to steady him.”
    • “There are four or five guys fighting for that fifth spot. Everybody has a chance to be in there. I don't know what kind of shot I have. I'm just going to go out there and play as hard as I can.”
    • “The first four guys are set in stone, automatically. Everybody knows that.”
    • “At the beginning of the game, he missed two or three 3s in a row. He was sort of down on himself. I said, 'Keep shooting.' Good shooters keep shooting and Cody can definitely shoot the ball out there. He kept on shooting (and) he finally started hitting some.”
    • “This definitely was a big for us. We're finally starting to step up and play good man-to-man defense and our rebounding is getting better. If these guys will keep up the work, hopefully it will help carry us on to districts and get us ready for the playoffs.”
    • “I thought we did a much better job on him second half. He's definitely a good player and he's only a sophomore. He's going to be really good if he keeps on working with his game. I just thought we did a lot better job defensively that second half.”
