Avika Gor has won everyone's heart by her powerful and innocent acting in Balika Vadhu, a serial based on child marriage. This little star has threatened all the bahus and betis of the television industry. She is best known as Anandi, the character she is playing in the show. She first appeared in NDTV Imagine's Rajkumar Arryan, where she did a small role. She did few more shows including Meri Awaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshini, Chalti Ka Naam Gaddi and Karam Apna Apna.
This small wonder teaches dance at school and is a winner in drama competitions. Avika is now also doing films – her debut movie is Paathshala with Shahid Kapoor. She is doing another movie with Anupam Kher and Sharmila Tagore named Morning Walk. In Morning Walk Avika is playing Anupama Kher and Sharmila Tagore’s grand daughter.
