Mandira BediMandira Bedi has stared her career from a TV soap called "Shanti". She was doing the lead role in it. She has debut in film industry as a supporting Actress from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. Then again she done a TV Soap in which she had done a negative role "Kyo Ki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu thi". Mandira Bedi's Glamour's image was noticed when joined the 'Extraa Innings'. Mandira Bedi the ‘noodle strap’ fame of Extraa Innings on Sony Max. The Cricket World Cup 2003 was a mixed bag for Mandira. On the one side, being catapulted into the limelight for that extraa element she bought to the game and being on the receiving end of some harsh criticism from the cricket crazy public, on the other.

Mandira Bedi married to director Raj Kaushal, they are essentially two different people. Yet, they have formed a bond so strong that has stood its ground even in the most testing times. Married on Valentine's Day four years ago, they are truly an extraa ordinary match. Mandira knows exactly what attracted her to the man of her dreams. Mandira Bedi last release was Shaadi Ka Ladoo Raj Kaushal's project with Sanjay Suri, Ashish Chowdhary and Samita Bangargi. Mandira Bedi's latest we hear is that the ‘little superstar' Silambarasan has done some steamy scenes with Mandira in his latest Manmadhan produced by Indian Theatre Productions. Initially Mandira was reluctant to do the film but after she heard the story, she readily agreed. She is playing a psychiatrist and has a few scenes in the film. Simbu and director A.J.Murugan feel that she is apt for the role.
